The PMI Master Black belt programme is a comprehensive and rigorous learning pathway designed to develop the world’s top improvement professionals into individuals that can drive significant and transformative improvement.

The pathway has been designed into 7 modular events which can be taken in any order and over a time period to suit you, whether that’s over 1 year or 3. Equip yourself with an exceptional understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and techniques for organisational transformation and, in addition, develop outstanding leadership qualities and ability. Who should attend?

Suitable for improvement professionals committed to organizational transformation. Must already be Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Have a comprehensive understanding of the underpinning approaches, methodologies and tools to deploy successful systems thinking and process improvement
Understand and have capability to deploy methodology for designing world-class products, services and processes
Be a master of the Lean Six Sigma improvement skills required to lead organisational transformation
Possess the people skills to lead others through sustainable and accelerated change
Hold a recognised qualification, demonstrating an understanding of an internationally recognised approach and common language
