Leading Design for Six Sigma is for Black Belts who want to be able to lead process design as well as process improvement projects. It is also part of the Master Black Belt programme so gaining this qualification provides one of the building blocks to this certification.

For other improvement experts who want to expand their capability to include process design, this course provides a great introduction to the techniques.
