Agile Business Analyst

The Agile Business Analyst aligns with the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship. This means on successful completion of your apprenticeship, you’ll receive two certificates: an Institute for Apprenticeship Certificate, and an Agile Business Analyst Certification.

Who is the Agile Business Analyst for?

This is the right Apprenticeship for Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Project Coordinators, Product Owners, and professionals with analytical responsibilities.

Whether you work in IT, Finance, Marketing, or Operations, if you’re responsible for analysing data, managing projects, or driving business improvements, this is a great programme to develop your skills in delivering business and digital change successfully.

Learners will enhance and refine their analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to respond quickly to change and deliver high-quality outcomes. During the apprenticeship, learners will gather, analyse, and interpret data, apply Agile methodologies, and influence business decisions with confidence. They will also collate a portfolio of evidence, including examples of their behavioural development, with guidance and support from their coach and mentor.

What can Learners expect from the End Point Assessment?

We’ll support you throughout the programme to generate a portfolio of evidence for your Professional Discussion. The portfolio of evidence will comprise naturally occurring evidence gathered during the on-programme from your workplace, backed up by relevant company processes and procedures.

Duration: 12 months + EPA (up to 6 months)

Certifications: Level 4 Business Analyst, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (CQI), Certified Agile Scrum Master
