What is the key to process improvement?

Working in the family business, long before his formal introduction to improvement, Dom’s father constantly challenged him on what he now recognises as process improvement concepts. From this experience, he developed a passionate and unapologetic sense of customer-centricity, which to this day, he talks about as being key to process improvement.

As Dom tells us, “You can have a go at improvement in almost any job”.  So watch now for his advice on empowering people at all levels of the organisation to kick start change.
