Episode #6: The Power of a Learning Culture with Linda Linteau

In this months episode, we’re joined by Linda Linteau, Head of Global Continuous Improvement for SGRE Service, the global market leader in offshore wind power.

Linda is an improvement expert with a fascinating career, having applied her skills and knowledge to enable social and technical integration to develop effective systems of change.

An excellent example of a learning culture

Today, Linda talks about her first role in improvement, working in collaboration with the University of Michigan and Ford Motor Company.  This is an excellent example of a learning culture, which embedded a growth mindset within it’s employees, supporting them to continuously seek, share, and apply new knowledge.

She shares with us her insights on the application of business excellence in a variety of organisations, who has been her biggest influence, and how she’d like to release her inner diva.
