Our world-recognised programmes will provide you with the appropriate Apprenticeship Level 4 or Level 5, whilst also achieving specialised Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, accredited by The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
You’re eligible to apply for funding for a Continuous Improvement Apprenticeship:
- If you live in England, are eligible to work in England, and spend a minimum of 50% of your working time in England.
- If you're either a new, or existing company employee - regardless of age or experience.
- If you work on either a full, or part-time basis. If you work on a part-time basis the apprenticeship duration may be extended to ensure timely completion.

Improvement Practitioner - Level 4 Apprenticeship
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Our Improvement Practitioner Level 4 Apprenticeship teaches the best Process Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma tools and methods, and their application, using our powerful Improvement Cycle. In addition, you’ll be able to lead larger projects across departments and functions, bringing people with you through the use of sophisticated change management skills.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Understand the role of leading and supporting Lean, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, variability reduction and standardisation
- Use improvement tools with individuals and teams working on improvement projects
- Challenge current practices and offer constructive alternatives where appropriate
- Understand techniques for identifying and removing waste from processes
- Deal with charts for displaying, understanding and reducing variation
- Apply the Lean Six Sigma tools to make a positive difference

Our Improvement Specialist level 5 apprenticeship will equip you to lead or facilitate critical improvement projects that achieve rapid, effective and sustainable results.
This training course takes the toolset further, giving deployment a much higher profile, ensuring that efforts are applied to critical problems and strategic issues, and developing a programme management and support structure.
